Armata dell’Aiola is a new red wine in the Aiola portfolio that represents the history and modern approach to winemaking in the Chianti area. This wine is produced from native grapes that have always been growing in our vineyards of Radda in Chianti and Castelnuovo Berardenga. It’s a wine of exceptional quality and style — the perfect expression of the territory that nurtures it, the distillation of our idea of responsible consumption.

Grapes: Red grapes
Ageing: 12 months in stainless steel tanks followed by 3 months in bottles.
Harvest period: by hand, end of September — beginning of October.
Alcohol: 13%.
Color: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: intense notes of fresh red fruit, suggesting tulips, raspberries, and lemon pith.
Taste: medium tannins, the palate is in full harmony with the aromatics, seducing you with lush red fruits, leaving the mouth clean and fresh, with the delicious flowery aftertaste.
