Type: spumante — Rosé sparkling wine, method Charmat.
Vinification: soft pneumatic pressing to preserve the integrity of the grapes. Vinification in white, cold static decantation.
Alcohol: 12,5%.
Color: bright pale pink.
Bouquet: delicate white fruits, berries, and hot summer field flowers.
Taste: dry, fresh, savory with a fruity and harmonious long aftertaste.
