The white wine Bianco dell’Aiola is produced with white aromatic grapes, bringing out the best of both: the freshness typical of Sauvignon and the structure given by Chardonnay. Ageing in stainless steel allows preserving and enhancing this freshness. Bright reflections highlight the pale straw yellow colour in the glass. The nose offers characteristic and intense aromas of peach, black currant, citrus and exotic fruits. The cool elegant taste, reviving and underscored by light bittersweet notes in the end, and a well-balanced acidity make this wine perfect for aperitifs, seafood salads and Mediterranean dishes.

Grapes: White grapes 
Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Harvest period: by hand, end of September.
Alcohol: 12%.
Color: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: intense aromas of peach, citrus and exotic fruits.
Taste: elegant with well-balanced acidity, light bittersweet notes in the end.
