We have excellent experience of working with tourist groups: the program includes a visit to the cellar where we explain and illustrate the full cycle of wine production from fermentation to maturation, ageing and storage. At the Vinsantaia Museum, we will show the vintage winemaking equipment once used at our production site.
From theory to practice – wine tasting is offered in our spacious wine shop, on the panoramic terrace or in the historical Castle. You will learn the secrets of Aiola in your own language. We speak Italian, German, English, French and Russian.

Hospitality is in our blood – we have always welcomed guests! The estate is named after the spectacular villa reigning supreme over the hills planted with vineyards. For centuries, Aiola had belonged to noble families from Siena. Come and visit us to find out how Chianti Classico DOCG is made, how Tuscan IGT wines – white, red, and rosè – are created blending traditions and innovation.
